The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.abacoexotictreasures.com under the distance selling regulations.
Prices
Prices are displayed in Bahamian dollars and does not include VAT for EU member States and import taxes and duties for the USA, Switzerland and Norway.
Orders
All payment transactions are in Bahamian dollars and may be subject to VAT and local taxes and import duties required by the law that governs importation for that specific Country. Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at info@supportabacoexotictreasures.com.
Shipping and delivery
The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Exotic Treasures Abaco within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to info@supportabacoexotictreasures.com.
(1) Shipping from Nassau to any Family Island where service is available: $29.00 (does not include doorstep delivery. Item must be collected from the Airport on producing Identification).
(2) Delivery fee in Nassau: $20.00 (includes doorstep delivery to any location in Nassau).
(3) Nassau Pickup option: $0.00 (You pick up at our Nassau location service center).
Returns and refunds
Exotic Treasures Abaco guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes bank charges. All returns and refund require pre approval and approval code issued by Exotic Treasures Abaco before the item is returned by the sender. You can return a product to Exotic Treasures Abaco within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 15 days upon receiving the returned product. You cannot return:
personalized products.
products purchased for professional and/or commercial use.
Products returned with damaged or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded. Exotic Treasures Abaco reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, Exotic Treasures Abaco will deduct up to 20% administrative/re-stocking fee or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
In case of free return, Exotic Treasures Abaco will provide prepaid label. If a different label is used, the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed. For each order we provide a prepaid label only.
For all other cases, the return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Exotic Treasures Abaco suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
Warranty and conformity
All Tuscany Leather products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Tuscany Leather and provide pictures of the problem to: support@tuscanyleather.it. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Tuscany Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
Governing law
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Exotic Treasures Abaco takes place in the Bahamas and is regulated by the relevant Bahamian Law.
